Description

Created exclusively as part of our collaboration with Ducks Unlimited, the DU Double Timber Bag expands on the heritage design of the traditional field bag carried by generations of waterfowlers. Built for those who need additional carrying capacity, it offers ample room for shells, gloves, calls, and other essentials while maintaining the timeless functionality and dependable construction of its smaller counterpart, the DU Timber Bag.

Constructed from weatherproof 14oz waxed cotton canvas from Scotland's legendary Halley Stevensons, the Double Timber Bag is built to perform in wet, demanding conditions season after season. A waterproof nylon liner helps keep moisture out while allowing for quick cleanup after a day in the field.

The spacious main compartment is protected by a hooded flap with durable double D-ring webbing strap closures, while two front stash pockets and a full-width rear snap pocket keep frequently used gear organized and close at hand. A leather-trimmed carry handle and fully adjustable cotton webbing shoulder strap provide a comfortable carry from truck to blind, while solid brass hardware is built to withstand years of hard use.

Care Instructions

Your product's thin waxed coating resists liquids and makes it relatively easy to clean. Waxed cotton should not be machine washed or dry cleaned and should be kept away from hot water and harsh detergents that will remove the wax coating. When spots occur, use a damp rag or soft bristle brush to gently buff out the stained area. If spots are particularly stubborn, use a castile soap and rinse with lukewarm water. Re-wax the area and hang to air dry in a warm place. Reproof wax coating as needed with our reproofing wax.

Generally, rinse dirt and debris by hand with cold water and air dry. Do not iron. Do not bleach. Do not dry clean. Do not machine wash. Do not use artificial heat to dry, expose to open flames, or hang on radiators.
