We provide all orders $95+ complimentary UPS Ground shipping from Alabama to any location within the lower 48 states. Please select 'Free UPS Ground' shipping at checkout. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.

Can you ship to P.O. Boxes?

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time. Please provide a physical address at checkout.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes. If you would like expedited shipping, please choose a faster shipping method at checkout. Please note that the estimated shipping time is transit time and does not include the time it takes to fulfill your order. Please reach out to info@tombeckbe.com if you have any questions about estimated delivery times.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Any order shipped to a destination outside of the United States may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. Import Duties and Taxes vary depending on the destination country, as well as value of shipment. As the recipient, you are the importer and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Products purchased or shipped out of the continental United States are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

When will my order ship?

Orders only ship on business days (Monday-Friday), excluding federal holidays. Orders received prior to 10:00 a.m. Central Standard Time on a business day usually ship same day. All other orders usually ship within one to two business days. All products purchased from TomBeckbe.com ship from Irondale, Alabama, unless otherwise noted.

How do I track my order?

We will email you a link to tracking information when your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear.

Can I make changes to or cancel my order?

We are not able to make any changes to an order once it has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. Please immediately contact us at info@tombeckbe.com if you would like to cancel your order before it ships. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. We cannot cancel your order once it has been shipped. Please use our return portal.

Does Tom Beckbe offer discounts or coupon codes?

Does Tom Beckbe offer a military discount?

Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

Extended Holiday Return Policy: Starting November 1, all holiday purchases are eligible for return or exchange until January 15, 2025.

Any unused Tom Beckbe product purchased through TomBeckbe.com (1) may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the product’s purchase; (2) may be returned only for credit with Tom Beckbe between 30 and 45 days from the date of the product’s purchase; or (3) may be exchanged for a different size or color of the same product within 45 days of the product’s purchase.

We will not accept any returns or exchanges beyond 45 days from the date of purchase except as outlined above. Refunds will only be made via the original method of payment. Products purchased or shipped out of the continental United States are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

All glassware is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How do I request a return or exchange?

To return or exchange a Tom Beckbe product, please visit our return portal. You will need the order number that was emailed to you (TB*****) and shipping zip code. All exchanges are subject to product availability. Free exchanges are limited to one per order, and any additional exchanges will incur shipping and restocking charges at our discretion. Please allow 1-2 weeks for returns to be completed.

Can I exchange for a different size?

In the United States, Tom Beckbe offers easy exchanges for a different size within our return and exchange window. All exchanges are subject to availability of the desired new item. Start your return or exchange here.

Can I return or exchange an item that was gifted to me?

Yes. Gift returns and exchanges can be processed here.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

All refunds are processed upon receipt and satisfactory inspection of the returned item. While transit times may vary, once a returned item reaches our fulfillment facility, returns are usually processed within 5 to 10 business days.

Do I need to pay for return shipping?

Tom Beckbe does not charge for return shipping on orders placed through our website for delivery in the lower 48 United States. All valid return and exchange shipments include a complimentary shipping label that can be obtained through Tom Beckbe’s online return portal.

I bought a Tom Beckbe item from a Tom Beckbe Retail Partner. Can I return it to Tom Beckbe?

We only accept items purchased on TomBeckbe.com or from a Tom Beckbe retail location (Birmingham, AL and Oxford, MS). Items purchased from one of our Retail Partners should be returned to that partner.

Can I return or exchange an online purchase in-store?

Yes. Please have your original order confirmation email available for reference when returning or exchanging an online order in-store. Our store team will be happy to assist you in processing a return or exchange.

I need to return an item purchased in-store, but I am no longer near the store.

Gifting

Can I include a gift message with my order?

Yes. If you'd like to include a gift message with your order, you may add a gift message to your order during checkout. Gift messages are delivered via email and/or SMS and can be delivered instantly or can be scheduled to be delivered at just the right moment. Prices are not included in any shipment so the gift recipient will not see any pricing details, and gift returns are available in our return portal.

Can I return or exchange an item that was gifted to me?

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we offer eGift Cards. eGift Cards can be scheduled to arrive instantly or you can schedule delivery for just the right moment. You can send it directly to the recipient's inbox or have it sent to yourself to hand off personally. eGift Cards are delivered by email and/or SMS and contain instructions to redeem at checkout. Our eGift Cards have no additional processing fees. eGift cards must be redeemed through TomBeckbe.com or at a Tom Beckbe retail location and cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards. eGift Cards are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash. Physical gift cards are available for purchase at any Tom Beckbe retail location.

Where are Tom Beckbe products made?

Tom Beckbe has been manufacturing waxed cotton jackets and vests in the United States since 2015. In addition to US manufacturing, Tom Beckbe partners with premiere producers from around the world to deliver the highest quality products to our customers.

Can I have my product repaired?

All Tom Beckbe products are backed by a lifetime guarantee. You can read more about our guarantee here. We can also assist you with repairs for damage or normal wear and tear.

Do you provide alterations?

At this time we do not provide alterations for products sold on Tombeckbe.com. 

How do I care for waxed cotton?

Watch how to rewax your Tom Beckbe jacket here. If you would like to send in a garment to be rewaxed, please contact us at info@tombeckbe.com.

Waxed cotton is a natural treatment that is highly wind resistant and water repellent without compromising the breathability of cotton. Taking proper care of this high-performance fabric is necessary to increase the lifespan of your garment and to keep it functioning as intended.

Cleaning and Care Instructions

Your garment's thin waxed coating resists liquids and makes it relatively easy to clean. Waxed cotton should not be machine washed or dry cleaned and should be kept away from hot water and harsh detergents that will remove the wax coating. When spots occur, use a damp rag or soft bristle brush to gently buff out the stained area. If spots are particularly stubborn, use a castile soap and rinse with lukewarm water. Re-wax the area and hang to air dry in a warm place.

Generally, rinse dirt and debris by hand with cold water and air dry. Do not iron. Do not bleach. Do not dry clean. Do not machine wash. Do not use artificial heat to dry, expose to open flames, or hang on radiators.

Reproofing

Throughout the life of a waxed garment, it may need to be touched up with reproofing wax. If your item has dry or uneven wax in areas, reproofing should bring back the water repellency and uniform look. To re-wax the garment, take a clean cloth and a small amount of wax and apply a thin layer to the garment in circular motions. Wipe off any excess and hang the garment somewhere dry and warm so that the wax will be absorbed. To speed up the process, you can use a hairdryer to melt the wax and make sure it is evenly distributed. It is not necessary to reproof an entire garment unless the wax has been well-worn throughout.

How do I care for my leather goods?

Our fine bag leather develops a beautiful patina as it ages. As with all natural leathers, subtle markings occur prior to tanning. These natural markings add character to a product and do not affect the leather’s durability.

Cleaning

Leather should be cleaned regularly. It is best to clean the entire surface as opposed to spot cleaning. Using a soft cloth or brush, first remove any dirt that may be stuck to the leather’s surface. Next, mix a solution of warm water and dish soap and wipe the exterior surfaces of the leather. Always test any cleaning method on an out-of-the-way spot first. Lastly, use a second clean, damp cloth to wipe off the soap and dry with a towel.

Conditioning

To protect the leather from stains and to add shine, apply the leather conditioner as needed and as directed. Leather should be kept out of direct sunlight and left to dry in an open space.
